Shipping & Returns

All Nurayym products are carefully packed and shipped from Turkey, ensuring that each order reaches you in perfect condition. We partner with FedEx for international deliveries and DHL for domestic shipments within Turkey. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping within Turkey is complimentary for all orders delivered to a local depot. For home delivery, a fee of ₺250 applies.

International shipping is free on all standard deliveries, while express delivery options are available for an additional charge.

Please note that for orders shipped outside of Turkey, customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes are not included in the product price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

At Nurayym, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

We will guide you through the process and provide the appropriate return instructions. Please do not send items directly to retailers or stores.

Customs & Duties

For international customers, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Since customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Refunds

We strive to ensure that every Nurayym product brings joy and confidence to our customers. However, if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free refund process.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The return must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
• The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• You must provide your order number and a brief reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
